At BTCA, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you have created an account through the BTCA app or website and wish to delete your account, you can submit a request using the contact details below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please follow these steps:

• Send an email from your registered email address to enquiry@btca.in.
• Use the subject line: Request for Account and Data Deletion – BTCA.
• Include your registered email address and, if needed, your registered mobile number so we can identify and verify your account.
• Our team may contact you if additional information is required to verify your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request has been verified and processed, BTCA will delete or anonymise your account and associated personal information that is no longer required. This may include your account details, profile information and other personal information associated with your account, where applicable.

What Data May Be Retained?

Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, for legitimate record-keeping purposes or to resolve disputes and enforce legal rights. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and our Privacy Policy.
